Job summary

Ring Electronics Philippines Co., Inc. (Start-Up!) is seeking a production operative to assist in the start-up and shutdown of injection machines and to support mold upkeep throughout the production cycle.

The role involves maintaining mold repair, cleaning and maintenance, and handling materials and chemicals used in the process. The successful candidate will monitor machine parameter setup during operations, manage mold loading/unloading, and assist during peak delivery times.

Qualifications

• Experience in mold repair, cleaning and maintenance.
• Able to monitor chemical materials used in process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in start-up and shutdown of the injection machine.
• Maintain mold repair, cleaning and maintenance.
• Prepare and monitor materials (chemicals) needed in the process.
• Maintain the parameter setup of machines during production operations.
• Responsible for the mold loading and unloading in machines.
• Support production when manpower is lacking, especially during delivery periods.
• Report any machine issues to supervisor.
• Safekeep records for tools and spare parts used in production.
• Request resin as per machine requirement.
• Help the team understand targets and goals.

About the role

Assists in the start-up and shutdown of injection machine in each process prior to operations and end of process.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts the repair, cleaning and maintenance of mold
• Prepares and monitor materials (chemicals) needed in the process
• Maintains the parameter setup of machines during production operations
• Responsible for the mold loading and unloading in machines
• Assist production operation when manpower is lacking especially during delivery time
• Reports with immediate superior any concerning machines technical issues
• Safekeep all records for the tools and spare parts used for machine in production
• Request resin as per machine requirement
• Help the team to understand the target and goals
