Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a Die & Mould Technician to support manufacturing by diagnosing tooling defects, conducting die trials, and performing repair and fabrication work using conventional machines. You will troubleshoot issues, document results, and guide junior technicians while coordinating with engineering, production, and quality teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechatronics Technology or a closely related technical program.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in die/mould maintenance, press stamping, machining, or tooling support.
• Hands-on capability in conventional milling, drilling, and grinding machines.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action skills.
• Able to interpret product output and identify tooling-related defects.
• Leadership or people-management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

About the role
