Job summary

Moriroku Philippines Inc. in Laguna seeks a Mold Maintenance Engineer to join the manufacturing team. You will collaborate with engineering to optimize mold performance, ensure tolerances, and support mold trials, setups, and process improvements.

Welding and crane operations may be used for repairs and adjustments. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed engineer, with hands-on machining tool experience, computer literacy, and good teamwork and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and licensed engineer required.
• Entry-level or no prior experience accepted.
• Hands-on experience with machining tools and basic welding advised.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize mold performance and longevity.
• Ensure molds meet required tolerances and specifications.
• Support mold trials, setups and process improvements.
• Utilize welding and crane operations for mold repairs and adjustments.
• Document maintenance activities and provide reports on mold conditions and required actions.
• Follow safety standards and proper handling procedures.

MOLD MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BS MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

MUST BE LICENSED ENGINEER

SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE:

• Computer and Microsoft Literate
• Welding and Crane operation is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with machining tools
• Team collaboration and communication
