Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. seeks a Licensed Engineer to join our Property and Engineering team in Taguig. You will conduct regular inspections to keep equipment and facilities in good condition, implement preventive and corrective maintenance, and monitor utilities to improve energy efficiency.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will read and interpret engineering drawings, coordinate safety programs and drills, prepare project plans and estimates, and provide status reports to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular inspection.
• Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance.

• Process purchase requests.
• Monitor purchase orders.
• Track and communicate work request status and completion.
• Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed.

• Prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects.
• Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.
• Assist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake Drill.
• Conduct daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance and janitorial personnel.
