- Responsible for the upkeep and preventive maintenance on all facility, mechanical, electrical and other installed system to ensure safety standards.
- Responsible for the supervision of all maintenance and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation.
- Perform facility and equipment inspections and report on conditions affecting operations, determine the need for repairs of renovations and recommend actions to be taken.
- Prepare and ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance of all major and minor equipment of the building.
- Conducts inspection of all on-going construction/renovation works and ensure compliance with the property's standards.
- Review utilities consumptions and strive to minimum costs.
- Supervise works of all external contractors.
- Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
- Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required.
- Attend and conduct training sessions and seminars such as mantrap.
- Generates utilities consumption reports for processing of billings.
- Prepares the budget for repair and maintenance.
- Prepares weekly report regarding status of all facility and equipment.
- Ensures compliance with all government requirements of the building.
- Assist the property manager to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good condition.
- Licensed Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer)
- Experience in Property Management is at least 1 -3 years
