Job summary

Argus Century Pacific Builders Alliance Corp. in Davao City is seeking a Project Engineer to support interior fit-out and construction initiatives.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with design and engineering teams. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, tracking progress, guiding technical teams, ensuring quality and safety, and preparing progress reports for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• COS H certification (COSH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, schedules, and budgets; coordinate with design and engineering teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving guidance to construction teams.
• Implement quality assurance measures and conduct inspections to meet standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. PROJECT PLANNING
  Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and resource availability.
• 2. EXECUTION
  Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• 3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
  Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams.
  Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE
  Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
  Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
• 5. REPORTING
  Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management and clients.
  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the interior fitout or construction industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• With Construction Occupational Safety and Health ( COSH) certification
• Site Development experience is a plus
