Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical system design and supervision in Makati. The role involves managing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, plus overseeing building facilities maintenance and operations.

You will coordinate with contractors, prepare cost estimates, and drive mechanical/electromechanical projects from planning to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with PRC License or current registration.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Oversee building facilities maintenance and operations.
• Lead mechanical/electromechanical project implementation and commissioning.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates; manage bidding processes and contractor coordination.

Qualifications:
