Millennium Erectors Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a licensed Mechanical Engineer to lead design reviews, supervise installations, and ensure compliance with mechanical codes and safety standards on construction projects.
You will coordinate HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, pumps, generators, and related equipment; review drawings, prepare reports, and support commissioning and turnover to clients. Willingness to travel within Luzon and accept site accommodation is required.
Responsible for the design review, installation supervision, inspection, and technical management of all mechanical systems and equipment on the construction project. Ensures works comply with approved plans, specifications, mechanical codes, and safety standards — covering HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, pumps, generators, and related mechanical installations.
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (PRC License) — active and in good standing
Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience in mechanical construction, design review, or site supervision
Knowledgeable in mechanical codes, PME, and relevant Philippine standards
Proficient in reading mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, generators, pumps, and mechanical equipment
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
Must be willing to travel/relocate within or outside Metro Manila (within Luzon)

Review mechanical design drawings, material submittals, and equipment specifications for compliance
Supervise and inspect installation of HVAC, plumbing, piping, fire protection, generators, pumps, and mechanical equipment
Verify workmanship, alignment, mounting, and connection quality against approved plans and standards
Witness and document system testing — pressure, flow, performance, and commissioning tests
Resolve site technical queries, recommend solutions, and coordinate with consultants & contractors
Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
Ensure all mechanical works meet safety, quality, and code requirements before turnover
Assist in commissioning, as-built preparation, and system handover to client
