Job summary

Grandland Inc. in Davao City seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee daily mechanical activities, coordinate with site teams and subcontractors, and keep the project on schedule.

You will conduct inspections, maintain documentation, uphold safety standards, and liaise with owners, contractors, and consultants to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• PRC license is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Familiarity with Mechanical construction regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Strong resource management abilities.

Responsibilities
