Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in M&E, statistics, public health or related field.
• 5+ years in monitoring, baseline assessments or MEAL work.
• Experience with baseline methods and data quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents and indicators.
• Identify data gaps and primary/secondary sources.
• Develop baseline methodology, plan and tools.
• Coordinate with health facilities and stakeholders.
• Clean, analyze and validate data; report findings.
• Prepare draft and final baseline reports and handover.
