Job summary

World Vision International in the Philippines is seeking a MEAL Officer to support the South Mindanao Earthquake Response by strengthening accountability and information management across programs.

Based in Polomolok, this fixed-term post covers General Santos and Sarangani, collaborating with Programs, Operations and Communications to deliver timely, accurate data and respond to community feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Management, Social Sciences or other related fields.
• Knowledge in MEAL systems and frameworks, Data collection, processing, and analysis, accountability and feedback mechanisms.
• Good physical and health condition.

Responsibilities

• Organize hard copies of response documents and ensure digital copies are accessible in Sharepoint or Teams.
• Plan and analyze damage and needs assessment results to inform program design.
• Maintain an updated field report documenting response activities for daily updates and future planning.
• Supply information needs of Public Engagement and Emergency Communications for external sharing, including Situational Reports and captions.
• Log and track all feedback via the Community Feedback Registry and address community information needs.
• Support establishment of complaint and feedback mechanisms in operational areas.
• Conduct Post Distribution Monitoring and Feedback sessions.
