Emerson is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive CRM excellence, digital transformation, and customer engagement across the MEA region. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Global IT to improve processes, strengthen data quality, and support Salesforce readiness.

In this role you will champion CRM improvements, drive adoption and change management, deliver reporting and insights, and explore AI and automation opportunities to boost productivity and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, process improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering solutions across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Champion CRM process improvements and best practices across the MEA region.
• Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Support Salesforce readiness activities, including process alignment, training, and business engagement.
• Improve customer and account data quality through data governance practices.

• Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights that support business decisions.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement.
