Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Data Governance Lead to steward master data across the organization, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data management policies. You will guide data governance initiatives, oversee data integration projects, and promote a culture that treats data as a strategic asset.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, train staff on MDM tools, define policies, monitor data quality, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent.
• 8 years of Master Data Management / AP/AR experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for data governance inquiries and requests.
• Define, document, and enforce policies related to master data management.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data quality control processes.
• Train staff on MDM tools and processes.
