Job summary

Changhong Technology PHL Corporation in Batangas, Santo Tomas, Philippines, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking and dispatching of materials and finished goods.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, monitor transactions, ensure FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, and other departments to meet material requirements.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.

• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, labeling, storage, and issuance of materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory counts.

• Monitor warehouse transactions and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure proper arrangement and identification of materials for easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including work assignments, attendance, performance, and discipline.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, and other departments regarding material requirements and movement.

• Ensure timely delivery and issuance of materials to production and other departments.

• Implement proper FIFO/FEFO and inventory control practices, as applicable.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, housekeeping, and security procedures.

• Monitor damaged, excess, obsolete, and rejected materials and coordinate proper disposition.

• Prepare and submit warehouse and inventory reports to management.

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
