Job summary

He and Sons Corporation (CDO) in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Monitoring and Control professional to manage stock levels, track movements, and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date. You will work with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations to verify transactions, conduct counts, and document findings.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, receipts, transfers, and issuances.
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate, complete, and updated on a timely basis.
  • Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete inventory.
  • Identify potential stock shortages, overstocking, and inventory risks.
  • Maintain proper inventory documentation and supporting records.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of physical inventory against system records.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding discrepancies in stocks.
  • Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts and stock audits.
  • Document findings and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Analyze inventory data, trends, and stock movement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Generate reports on inventory variances, stock levels, aging, and movement.
  • Provide accurate inventory data and analysis to management.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to inventory control processes.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations departments regarding inventory concerns.
  • Monitor inventory requirements and assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Verify inventory transactions and supporting documents.
  • Assist in ensuring timely recording of inventory receipts, transfers, and releases.
  • Provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and improving inventory control systems and processes.
  • Recommend measures to minimize inventory losses, discrepancies, and unnecessary costs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of inventory-related information.
