• Inventory management:Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including stock levels, movements, and locations.
• Forecasting and ordering:Monitor stock levels, forecast future demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and sufficient replenishment.
• Stock counts:Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
• Data analysis and reporting:Generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and other inventory-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Process improvement:Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Logistics and coordination:Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate with logistics, and assist with order fulfillment.
