Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory KPIs and reports.
Translate data and analysis into clear, simplified presentations, effectively communicating key trends, insights, and business implications to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Identify and implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize the Planning team's productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance to establish Sales and Order Forecast autoload in the ESIOP Sales Coverage File.
Partner with the Sales team on Orders-to-Sales forecasting using data from the Oracle Sales Cloud system.
Lead and support continuous improvement and strategic initiatives within the Planning function.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
3-8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within planning, supply chain, or manufacturing.
Strong Power BI experience is a must.
Strong understanding and background in Materials Planning within a manufacturing environment is required.
Proven experience in ERP management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management, preferably within manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to leadership.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP and advanced planning tools.
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance and process improvements.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
