Job summary

ESOL IT SERVICES INC. in Metro Manila seeks a Planning & Inventory professional to analyze KPIs, translate data into clear leadership-ready insights, and drive improvements across the Planning function.

You will collaborate with Finance and Sales on forecast processes, leverage Oracle ERP and Power BI, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting. The role requires a strong background in production planning, materials management, and cross-functional communication to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-8 years of relevant professional experience in planning, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Strong Power BI experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of Materials Planning in manufacturing.
• Proven ERP management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and advanced planning tools.
• Leadership experience to drive performance and process improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement and strategic initiatives within the Planning function.
