Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-8 years of relevant professional experience in planning, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Strong Power BI experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of Materials Planning in manufacturing.
• Proven ERP management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and advanced planning tools.
• Leadership experience to drive performance and process improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor Planning, Forecasting, and Inventory KPIs and reports.
• Translate data and analysis into clear, simplified presentations, effectively communicating key trends, insights, and business implications to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Identify and implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize the Planning team's productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance to establish Sales and Order Forecast autoload in the ESIOP Sales Coverage File.
• Partner with the Sales team on Orders-to-Sales forecasting using data from the Oracle Sales Cloud system.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and strategic initiatives within the Planning function.
