Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre is seeking a Data/Master Data Management professional for its Makati team. The role focuses on material master data, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft tools and Power BI, with SAP scripting as a plus.

You will work a day shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM) in a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong English communication and detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related courses
• Preferably with one (1) year of related work experience in Material Master Data Management from a shared service industry
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
• Experience in technical reporting and analysis using Microsoft and Power BI is a must; Experience using VBA Macros, SAP Scripting is an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details
• Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
