Job summary

Henkel Philippines in Makati is seeking a Material Master Data Specialist (E2E Coordination) to ensure accurate material data across SAP modules, enabling smooth planning, execution, and decision-making for our operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain and lifecycle data, run reports, and drive continuous improvements with a cross-functional team. Fresh graduates are welcome; the role offers a day shift with a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1 year of related work experience in Material Master Data Management from a shared service industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI; VBA Macros; SAP Scripting is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; strong time management and attention to detail.
• Willing to work day shift (6:00 AM–3:00 PM) and hybrid at Ayala Avenue, Makati.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of activities in line with SLAs.
• Act as key contact for stakeholders, handling inquiries, root cause analysis, and solutions.
• Maintain and update local material master data in SAP (purchasing, MRP, sales, storage, warehouse, QM views) based on business requests.
• Manage material lifecycle activities including creation, deletion, reactivation, and mass data uploads/downloads.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information for material master data maintenance and monitor workflows.
• Generate reports and support master data clean-up activities while ensuring process documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with Team Leads/Managers on continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to GBS+ quality goals.

About this Position

As a Material Master Data Specialist (E2E Coordination), you will play a key role in ensuring that critical material data is accurate, consistent, and readily available to support smooth end-to-end business operations. Your work directly enables efficient processes across functions, helping teams rely on high-quality data for planning, execution, and decision-making. You will be part of a collaborative and service-oriented team, working closely with stakeholders, process owners, and team leads. This role offers a strong mix of operational responsibility and cross-functional coordination, where you will help resolve data-related issues, drive improvements, and enhance overall data quality. It’s an environment that values attention to detail, proactive communication, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable and impactful results.

What you´ll do

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related courses
• Preferably with one (1) year of related work experience in Material Master Data Management from a shared service industry
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
• Experience in technical reporting and analysis using Microsoft and Power BI is a must; Experience using VBA Macros, SAP Scripting is an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details
• Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
