Henkel Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist Master Data to ensure accuracy, governance, and quality of customer, vendor, and bank data in SAP. You will partner with stakeholders, drive improvements, and support digitalization in a global setting.

The role emphasizes MDG/automation and analytics, with a mid-shift, hybrid schedule requiring at least three days onsite weekly in Ayala Avenue, Makati. Bring SAP Master Data expertise and strong data governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in data analytics, data science, IT, business analytics, statistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance or related operations.
• Hands-on SAP Master Data maintenance across customer, vendor and bank domains.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and create customer, vendor and bank master data in SAP with accuracy.
• Process master data requests including creation, updates, deletions and mass maintenance.
• Run data validation checks to ensure data integrity and minimize risk.
• Coordinate master data workflows, issue resolution and escalation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders providing master data expertise for operational needs.
• Identify gaps and support automation, digitalization and continuous improvement.

About this Position

As a Senior Specialist Master Data, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of customer, vendor, and bank master data across the organization. You will serve as a trusted business partner to stakeholders, supporting day-to-day master data operations while driving data quality, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP Master Data expertise with analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset in a global environment.

What You´ll Do

• Maintain and create customer, vendor, and bank master data records in SAP while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Process master data requests including creation, updates, deletions, reactivations, and mass maintenance activities.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and minimize operational risks.
• Coordinate and support master data workflows, issue resolution, and escalation management activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing master data expertise and support for operational requirements.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities while supporting automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support governance activities, reporting, documentation, transformation projects, and other business initiatives as required.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related business operations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP and Customer, Vendor, and Bank Master Data maintenance.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management principles, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, root cause analysis, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
• Experience with Master Data Governance (MDG), automation, digitalization, AI tools, analytics platforms, Power BI, Power Platform, or Shared Services/Global Business Services (GBS) environments is an advantage.
• Amenable to work on a mid‑shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PH time) in a hybrid work setup, with at least three days onsite per week in Ayala Avenue, Makati.
