Job summary

Arctic-Forest Products, Inc. is seeking a diligent Material Inventory Controller in Bulacan to support warehouse operations with accurate documentation and data entry.

You will record materials received, monitor stock movements, ensure proper storage, and prepare reports while coordinating with production, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to keep inventory precise and up-to-date. The role emphasizes 5S housekeeping, FIFO/FEFO practices, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years warehouse or inventory experience.
• Good knowledge of material handling and inventory control.
• Basic computer skills, especially Excel or warehouse/inventory systems.
• Good numerical and organizational skills.
• Physically capable of warehouse activities.
• Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to daily warehouse activities.
• Record and monitor materials received from suppliers and other sources.
• Check receiving documents such as delivery receipts, purchase orders, and material quantities.
• Prepare and maintain records for the issuance and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials are properly documented and recorded. Maintain FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and tagged. (Wood materials, project name, etc.)
• Assigned in the overall information system of the warehouse operations including but not limited to Inventory, Conversion, Stock Position, Additional items, Issuances and Returns of wood as well as damage ones.
• Encode warehouse transactions (Delivery Receipt’s, Stock Transfer, Pull-out/Returned Form), production records (Production Report), and material movements into the company’s system (ODOO) or spreadsheets to maintain accurate inventory and stock balances
• Strong coordination with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse personnel regarding material requirements and movements.
• Strong communication and coordination with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Engineering regarding schedule of deliveries/pick-up
• Conduct random monthly inventory counts and report shortages, excess, or discrepancies.
• Assist in monitoring inventory records and reconciling physical quantities with documented transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports concerning receiving, production usage, and material dispatch. (DENR Report, Raw Material Used)
• Verify completeness and accuracy of warehouse documents before filing or submission.
• Report and Assist in resolving discrepancies involving quantities, documentation, and material movements.
• Conduct year-end inventory counts and report shortages, excess, or discrepancies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain).
• Perform other administrative and warehouse support duties as assigned.

About the role
