The candidate should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, be physically fit for lifting and carrying duties, and able to read and write English and Filipino. Daily commuting to Laguna Technopark, Biñan is required.

About the role

INOVUS BUILDING SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to support the day-to-day operations of our Head Office warehouse in Biñan, Laguna. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials, tools, equipment, and supplies while ensuring proper inventory control and warehouse organization.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare and issue materials, tools, and equipment based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist in loading, unloading, carrying, and transferring materials when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of delivery receipts, issuance forms, and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams regarding material requirements.

About you

• Senior High School Graduate (Required)
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Warehouse Staff, Warehouse Assistant, Storekeeper, or similar role (Required)
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials (Required)
• Able to read, write, and understand basic English and Filipino instructions (Required)
• Can reliably commute to Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna on a daily basis (Required)
• Able to accurately complete warehouse forms, inventory records, delivery receipts, and related documentation
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
