Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Enablement lead to coordinate readiness across functions, monitor shortages, and drive continuous improvement in material planning and inventory management. The role requires strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to support production continuity.

You will mentor team members, report on performance metrics, and develop actionable plans to mitigate risks in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead material enablement activities to ensure timely material readiness for production.
• Coordinate across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and others to remove barriers.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, and risks; communicate actions and recovery plans.
• Track metrics and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
