Job summary

RTX is seeking a skilled professional to lead end‑to‑end material enablement in our Tanauan site. The role focuses on ensuring timely material readiness for production, coordinating across planning, supply chain, and engineering, and driving improvements in material availability and risk management.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with SAP or ERP systems, and a track record of mentoring teams in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead material enablement activities to ensure material readiness for production.
• Coordinate material enablement across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Programs.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, constraints, and risks affecting schedules and communicate action plans.
• Track material readiness and inventory metrics; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Summarize material availability and risk information to site leadership for decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in material planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Mentor and develop team members with performance goals aligned to objectives.
