Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Enablement Lead to ensure timely material readiness for production at our PH site. You will coordinate across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to remove material barriers and drive improvement.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 2+ years in material planning or a similar manufacturing function. Onsite position in Cavite, Philippines with opportunities to mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and drive actions to completion.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Material Enablement activities to ensure timely material readiness for production.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, constraints, and risks and implement recovery plans.
• Track, analyze, and report material readiness and shortage metrics to site leadership.
• Drive continuous improvements in material planning, inventory management, and related processes.
• Mentor and develop Material Enablement team members and set performance goals.
