Job summary

RTX, in collaboration with Collins Aerospace, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support SIOP processes and operational planning. You will coordinate data-driven planning, analyze inventory levels, and report on performance to align with business goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data consolidation for executive formats, and timely delivery of insights to improve supply chain efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), data manipulation, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
