Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Material Enablement leader in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines to drive material readiness for production. You will coordinate across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to remove barriers and improve material availability.

You will monitor shortages, risks, and performance metrics while driving sustained improvements and mentoring the team toward organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in material planning, supply chain, inventory management, production planning, or a related manufacturing function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret material and inventory data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Material Enablement activities to ensure material readiness for production.
• Coordinate engagement across Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, constraints, and risks that may impact production schedules, and communicate appropriate actions and recovery plans.
• Track and report Material Enablement performance metrics, including material readiness, shortage resolution, inventory availability, and on-time material support.
• Summarize and present material availability, shortage, and risk information to site leadership to support effective decision-making and production continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to material planning, inventory management, material readiness, and supply chain processes.
• Mentor, guide, and develop Material Enablement team members while setting performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
