Job summary

Surabana Jurong is seeking a Master Data Management professional to ensure accuracy and governance of critical master data. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments, maintaining data integrity, and supporting data-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in MDM and accounting, experience with ERP tools (SAP/S4HANA), and strong data analysis skills, with attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business, Accountancy or IT-related field.
• 1–3 years of work experience in Master Data Management and General Accounting.
• Experience in a BPO or Shared Service setting is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP or financial reporting software (SAP or S/4HANA is a plus).
• Strong data analysis, migration, and conversion capabilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data records across departments.
• Implement and maintain MDM tools, perform data audits, and support data projects.
• Adhere to MDM governance documentation.
• Analyze large datasets to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies.
• Prepare information to support audit requirements and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate data setup validation and periodic maintenance with stakeholders.
• Escalate data and compliance issues when needed.
