Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Accountancy or IT-related field.
• 1–3 years of work experience in Master Data Management and General Accounting.
• Experience in a BPO or Shared Service setting is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/financial reporting software; SAP or S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data; create/update master data records; standardize data processes across departments.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining MDM tools, conduct data audits, and support data-related projects.
• Adhere to MDM governance documentation.
• Analyze large datasets to identify data quality issues and inconsistencies.
• Assist in information preparation to support audit requirements.
• Maintain data integrity in all work and communicate discrepancies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data requestors and stakeholders to implement data capabilities.
