Job summary

Filinvest Business Services Corporation in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa is seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the Master Data Governance team by creating, maintaining, validating, and governing master data across Finance, Procurement, and other functions.

You will handle Customer, Supplier, Chart of Accounts, and other finance master data in Oracle Fusion, SAP, and other ERPs, perform data quality checks, coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and IT, and ensure documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in master data management or finance operations.
Preferably with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MDM – Vendor/Supplier, Customer, Financials) and SAP (Supplier, Customer).
Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

Create, update, and validate master data objects (Customer, Supplier, Chart of Accounts, Finance master data).
Execute master data transactions in Oracle Fusion and SAP as required.
Conduct data quality checks and coordinate resolution of discrepancies with relevant teams.
Support master data standardization, cleansing, and migration activities.
Ensure compliance with MDG policies, procedures, and controls.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Business Units, and IT regarding data requirements and issue resolution.
Maintain documentation for processes, trackers, and audits.
Provide support to the Process and Data Governance Manager on ERP/MDG projects.
