Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a Detail‑oriented Data Administrator to create and maintain supplier data per Vendor Master Data policies. You will set up supplier IDs, verify data with customers, and resolve data issues across systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with stakeholders, and timely responses.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days onsite) in BGC, Taguig, with a 4-month initial contract under Manpower Philippines and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Experience in supplier/vendor management or master data management preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot data issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Sets up new suppliers, establishing the supplier ID in the system.
• Contacts customers to request additional information and to verify customer data.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues relative to supplier setup using established guidelines.
• Develops proposed solutions for review/discussion with supervisor when problem is more complex or affects multiple processes across the department.
• Completes requests within established timeframes and keeps requestor notified of status.
• Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results.
• Creates and updates core master data procedures as directed.
• Understands impacts of processing customer requests to downstream processes/systems.
• Identifies the point at which a problem occurred and selects the appropriate process and stakeholders to achieve optimal resolution.
• Identifies technical issues encountered in the production environment and escalates for resolution.
