Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a Detail‑oriented Data Administrator to create and maintain supplier data per Vendor Master Data policies. You will set up supplier IDs, verify data with customers, and resolve data issues across systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with stakeholders, and timely responses.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days onsite) in BGC, Taguig, with a 4-month initial contract under Manpower Philippines and day shifts.
Creates and maintains supplier data in accordance with the Vendor Master Data (VMD) policies and procedures.
Sets up new suppliers, establishing the supplier ID in the system
Contacts customers to request additional information and to verify customer data
Troubleshoots and resolves issues relative to supplier setup using established guidelines
Develops proposed solutions for review/discussion with supervisor when problem is more complex or affects multiple processes across the department
Completes requests within established timeframes and keeps requestor notified of status
Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results
Creates and updates core master data procedures as directed
Understands impacts of processing customer requests to downstream processes/systems
Identifies the point at which a problem occurred and selects the appropriate process and stakeholders to achieve optimal resolution
Identifies technical issues encountered in the production environment and escalates for resolution
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
With relevant experience in supplier/vendor management, master data management, data entry, or administrative processing is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of data accuracy, completeness, and organization.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with customers, requestors, and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with various systems or databases.
Able to follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines while meeting required turnaround times.
Can effectively manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite) in BGC, Taguig with Day shift schedule
Willing to work on a 4-month initial contract under Manpower Philippines.
