Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Master Data - Senior Associate Specialist to ensure accurate and timely master data processing across Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains within onsite operations at BGC Taguig.

Reporting to Master Data Governance & Operations leadership, the role emphasizes data quality, governance, issue resolution, and scalable operating models for master data support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in master data operations, data management, or shared services delivery roles.
• Experience in GBS, shared services, or GCC environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day master data operations across in-scope domains, ensuring timely and accurate processing of master data requests including creation, change, and deletion activities.
• Oversee workload allocation, queue management, and service performance across the team to meet agreed turnaround times, quality expectations, and business priorities.
• Monitor operational trends, request volumes, exceptions, and capacity risks to maintain stable delivery.
• Support continuity of service across the team and ensure issues are escalated and resolved effectively.
• Oversee or support additional master data request types, such as BOM changes, as scope evolves.
