Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Master Data Administrator to manage product data across multiple sites in Metro Manila. The role involves setting up data for new and existing sites, ensuring adherence to pricing and product data standards, and coordinating with site managers and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate master data, reflecting changes in product specs and attributes, and ensuring consistency in pricing structures and promotions across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in master data management or data administration roles.
• Proficiency with data accuracy, validation, and standardisation.
• Familiarity with pricing data, product attributes, and planograms is a plus.
• Excellent liaison with operations, procurement, finance and IT.

Work setup & shift

Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and configuration of product data for new and existing sites.
• Work closely with site managers and relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to product data standards.
• Ensure all site‑specific product data requirements are captured and reflected accurately in the system.
• Maintain the product master data for all products in the system.
• Ensure product data is accurate, up to date, and reflects any changes in product specifications, descriptions, and attributes.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product details are standardised across the organisation.
• Maintain RRP pricing on product master data, ensuring that pricing structures are correctly implemented across all sites and product lines.
• Maintain promotion pricing based on promotional schedule, combat site, or strategically targeted promotions.
• Ensure promo pricing and case deal management is 100% accurate and checked for the Shop Up booklet prior to print.
• Coordinate pricing updates across departments to site managers, including sign‑off, update of historical records, and communication to sites.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience in master data management or a similar data administration role.
• Familiarity with retail planograms, product data management, and/or pricing systems (a plus).
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data is entered correctly and maintained without errors.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with operations, procurement, finance, and IT, ensuring smooth data transitions.
• Strong understanding of data management systems, master data tools, and proficiency in Excel and other data analysis software.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams to gather, validate, and update data on time.
