About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to support marketing, lead generation, CRM management, and administrative initiatives for a growing business serving clients across North America, the UK, and Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow into a broader marketing support role over time. Training will be provided, and there is potential for the role to expand as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Support
- Create branded graphics in Canva using existing templates and brand assets.
- Format LinkedIn posts into engaging visual content.
- Schedule social media content for approval before publishing.
- Assist with basic video editing, including trimming, captions, and formatting for different platforms.
- Update website content in WordPress.
- Assist with creating and editing WordPress pages (design experience is a plus).
Lead Generation & CRM
- Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Research referral partners and strategic collaboration opportunities.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using pre-approved messaging and schedules.
- Maintain and update CRM records throughout the sales process.
- Support lead tracking and pipeline management.
Event & Administrative Support
- Coordinate workshops, webinars, and events from planning through follow-up.
- Manage registrations, invitations, attendee communications, and event logistics.
- Create event landing pages.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience

Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
- WordPress (basic content updates)
- OnePageCRM or similar CRM platforms
- Humanitix
- Calendly
- Loom
- Miro
- Microsoft Office
- ChatGPT (OpenAI)
- Claude
- Basic video editing for social media
Training & Growth
- Training will be provided.
- This role initially focuses on marketing administration, with opportunities to take on additional marketing responsibilities as the business grows.
Work Schedule
- Part-time (5 hours per week)
- Flexible working hours based on business needs.
- Availability is primarily required during afternoons aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), with Mondays being a key working day.
Technical Requirements
- Must have a reliable Windows 10 or later PC/laptop or a supported macOS device compatible with a Cloud PC environment.
- Must have an additional monitor to support efficient multitasking.
- Must have active, up-to-date antivirus software installed on the device.
- Minimum device specifications:
- Dual-core processor (1.6 GHz or higher recommended), such as an Intel Core i3, AMD Ryzen 3, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for optimal performance).
- Keyboard, mouse, and display with a minimum resolution of 1280 × 720.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (20 Mbps or higher preferred).
