Scale Up Philippines is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support a growing UK-based property education business. This company empowers thousands of aspiring property investors to achieve financial freedom through expert coaching, online courses, live events, and an exclusive Academy membership.

As Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, create engaging content, manage social media, and support lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging social media posts, stories, and reels that resonate with property investment audiences
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally
• Track social media performance metrics and provide weekly reports on engagement and growth
• Stay updated on platform trends and recommend content ideas to boost visibility and engagement

Content Creation & Support:

• Design eye-catching graphics, social media posts, and promotional materials using Canva
• Edit short-form videos for social media using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar
• Write compelling captions, email copy, and promotional content aligned with brand voice
• Assist with blog post formatting, uploading, and optimization in HubSpot
• Repurpose webinar content, testimonials, and success stories into shareable social assets

Email Marketing & Campaigns:

• Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot for webinar promotions, course launches, and lead nurturing
• Segment email lists and personalize messaging for different audience groups
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly
• Assist with A/B testing subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness

Lead Generation & Campaign Support:

• Support paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google by creating ad copy and visuals
• Assist with landing page updates and optimization in HubSpot and Kajabi
• Track and report on campaign performance, including leads generated, cost per lead, and conversion rates
• Help manage webinar funnels from registration through post-event follow-up sequences

Marketing Operations & Analytics:

• Maintain organized marketing calendars and project timelines in Monday.com
• Update and manage marketing assets, templates, and brand resources
• Conduct competitor research and industry trend analysis to inform marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the team on campaign planning, content brainstorming, and execution
• Provide weekly marketing reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations
• Create promotional materials and social media campaigns for upcoming webinars and live events
• Coordinate email reminders and SMS campaigns to boost event registrations and attendance
• Support post-event follow-up campaigns to convert attendees into paying customers

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing assistance roles
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Experience creating graphics and editing short-form videos for social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign metrics
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Monday.com and Kajabi
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms
• Background in education, coaching, personal development, or property/real estate industries
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
• Experience with webinar funnels and digital product launches
