Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, CS or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 10–12 years in digital marketing, MarTech or related area with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with MarTech platforms, customer engagement tools, marketing automation, and data integration.
• Banking/financial services exposure is preferred; loyalty program knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and optimization of the Bank's MarTech ecosystem to enable a unified marketing technology architecture.
• Oversee governance, maintenance, and enhancement of marketing technology, DAM, and workflow solutions.
• Partner with technology teams and vendors to ensure platform stability, data integrity, and governance compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with marketing, business, and tech stakeholders to align MarTech with growth objectives.
