East West Banking Corporation's Marketing team seeks a Marketing Technology Head to lead the bank's MarTech ecosystem, overseeing platforms, engagement strategies, governance, and data-driven growth in a senior Onsite role in Taguig.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, CS or related field; MBA advantageous.
• 10–12 years in digital marketing or MarTech, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, engagement tools, and data integration.
• Banking/financial services exposure preferred; loyalty program experience is a plus.
• Strong strategic, analytical and customer-centric mindset; excellent collaboration.

What the role will entail

• Lead the integration and optimization of the Bank's MarTech ecosystem, including customer engagement, attribution, analytics, and customer data platforms, to enable a unified marketing technology architecture.
• Oversee the governance, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of marketing technology, digital asset management, and workflow solutions to support efficient and compliant marketing operations.
• Partner with technology teams and external vendors to ensure platform stability, scalability, data integrity, and adherence to governance standards.
• Manage key vendor relationships and collaborate closely with marketing, business, and technology stakeholders to align MarTech initiatives with brand, customer, and growth objectives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• At least 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or MarTech, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, customer engagement tools, marketing automation technologies, and data integration environments.
• Experience within banking or financial services is preferred; exposure to loyalty program strategy and management is an advantage.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable digital solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated people leadership capability with experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic digital environment.
