Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Senior Vice President - Marketing Technology Head to lead the Bank's MarTech ecosystem from its Taguig offices. You will oversee customer engagement platforms, analytics, and data platforms, driving a unified technology approach to growth and efficiency.

The role requires a strategic, data-driven leader with 10–12 years in digital marketing/MarTech and at least 5 years in leadership. Collaboration with tech, marketing, and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
10–12 years in digital marketing/MarTech with at least 5 years in leadership.
Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, engagement tools, and data integration.
Banking/financial services experience preferred; loyalty program exposure a plus.
Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead integration and optimization of the Bank's MarTech ecosystem.
Oversee governance, maintenance, and enhancement of marketing tech and workflow solutions.
Partner with tech teams and external vendors for platform stability and data integrity.
Manage vendor relationships and align initiatives with brand and growth goals.
