East West Banking Corporation's Marketing team seeks a Marketing Technology Head to lead the bank's MarTech ecosystem, overseeing platforms, engagement strategies, governance, and data-driven growth in a senior Onsite role in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, CS or related field; MBA advantageous.
• 10–12 years in digital marketing or MarTech, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, engagement tools, and data integration.
• Banking/financial services exposure preferred; loyalty program experience is a plus.
• Strong strategic, analytical and customer-centric mindset; excellent collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and optimization of the Bank's MarTech ecosystem and data platforms.
• Governance, maintenance, and enhancement of marketing tech, DAM, and workflows.
• Partner with technology and vendors to ensure platform stability, scalability, and governance.
• Manage vendor relationships and align MarTech initiatives with brand and growth goals.
