East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) seeks a Marketing Technology Head in Taguig to lead the bank’s MarTech ecosystem, drive customer engagement and data-driven marketing, and optimize the lead-to-application funnel.

You will oversee governance, platforms, and vendor partnerships, ensuring scalable, compliant marketing operations and strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, tech, and business stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, CS or related field; MBA advantageous.
• 10–12 years in digital marketing, MarTech or marketing tech; 5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on with MarTech platforms, customer engagement tools, marketing automation, data integration.

Mansioni

• Lead integration and optimization of the Bank's MarTech ecosystem for unified architecture.
• Govern and enhance marketing tech, DAM, and workflow solutions for compliant ops.
• Collaborate with tech teams and vendors to ensure platform stability and data integrity.
