Job summary

EastWest Bank in Taguig is seeking a Marketing, Strategy and Analytics Officer to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for consumer lending workflows and decision strategies.

You will generate MIS reports, identify business opportunities, and drive improvements that impact profitability, portfolio performance, and overall business objectives, with a hybrid work setup and exposure to collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder; fresh graduates with a Statistics, Mathematics, or related degree are encouraged to apply.
• At least three years of experience in marketing, strategy, analytics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Databricks, SQL, and Python for data extraction, processing, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical, MIS, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of banking practices, policies, regulatory requirements, and emerging technology trends, including basic IT concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail, customer-centric mindset, integrity, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, portfolio, market, and industry trends to generate insights that support strategic planning, business growth, and portfolio profitability.
• Monitor business initiatives and program performance, recommending strategies to improve revenue, billings, customer engagement, and overall business results.
• Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards, MIS reports, performance scorecards, and other management tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop portfolio and customer segmentation strategies that encourage desired customer behavior, increase interest income, and maintain acceptable risk and delinquency levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support policy, process, and system enhancements, evaluate partnership opportunities, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard the financial performance of the Mortgage Business by supporting initiatives that achieve profitability targets while balancing growth and risk objectives.
• Promote a customer-first culture while contributing to employee engagement, talent development, and continuous business improvement.

Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Marketing, Strategy and Analytics Officer.
