EastWest Bank is seeking a Mortgage Strategy & Analytics Officer in Taguig City to drive data-driven strategies for the Mortgage portfolio. You will analyze customer behavior, monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for profitability and growth.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with preference for candidates experienced in MIS, dashboards and portfolio analytics. Onsite work arrangement applies in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, data science or related fields are preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and quantitative backgrounds are welcome; candidates with up to 3 years of experience in strategy, analytics, marketing, or business intelligence are encouraged.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from large data sets.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, KPI dashboards, or portfolio analytics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking products, portfolio management and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City with the role of Mortgage Strategy & Analytics Officer.

In this role, you will support the development of data-driven strategies and analytics initiatives that strengthen the performance and profitability of the Mortgage business. You will provide meaningful insights, monitor key business metrics, and recommend opportunities for portfolio and process improvements.

What the role will entail

• Analyze customer behavior, portfolio performance, and market trends to support strategic initiatives and business planning for the Mortgage portfolio.
• Prepare and enhance MIS reports, KPI dashboards, analytics outputs, and performance monitoring tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in developing strategies that improve profitability, increase billings, and support revenue growth across the Mortgage business.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, customer segmentation analyses, and profitability assessments to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
• Support policy, process, and system enhancement initiatives through research, data analysis, and business requirements gathering.
• Work closely with Credit, Operations, Compliance, IT, and other business partners to drive sustainable growth while managing portfolio risk.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any four-year course; degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related disciplines are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and quantitative backgrounds are welcome to apply; candidates with at least three years of experience in strategy, analytics, marketing, or business intelligence are also encouraged.
