Our consumer lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Strategy Officer.

In this role you will develop and implement data‑driven strategies across pre‑delinquent to written‑off accounts to improve flow rates, recoveries, and customer experience while reducing costs. Analyze performance trends, recommend policy and strategy enhancements, manage collections initiatives, set targets, and mentor strategy officers.

What the role will entail

• Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple consumer loan initiatives, from planning to monitoring.
• Use data analytics to drive business recommendations and risk‑informed decision‑making.
• Monitor and optimize agency strategies using the champion‑challenger approach.
• Conduct capacity planning, set collections targets, and track performance improvement.
• Analyze trends and staffing needs to achieve optimal flow rates and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement analytics solutions, improve processes, and enhance reporting.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, IT, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of consumer credit lifecycle, loan products, and banking regulations (BSP).
• Proficient in data analytics, MS Office, and programming (SAS, Python), with project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and recommend strategies and policies.
• Effective communicator and team player with strong initiative, accountability, and adaptability.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and focus on customer and stakeholder value.
