Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course; degrees in statistics, mathematics, economics, or data science are a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome; or candidates with 3+ years in strategy, analytics, BI.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing MIS reports and KPI dashboards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply; candidates with at least three (3) years of experience in strategy, analytics, marketing, or business intelligence are also encouraged.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, KPI dashboards, performance reports, and portfolio analyses is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking operations, business analytics, market intelligence, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, stakeholder management, customer‑centric mindset, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
