Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Strategist who specializes in GoHighLevel to lead email and SMS marketing for a growing health and wellness practice. You will segment our 4,000+ contacts by past interaction, design reactivation campaigns, and plan regular communications to keep us top of mind.

This is a strategy-first role: advise on what to send and when, write campaigns, and then execute them in GoHighLevel, including funnels and landing pages where they improve results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a digital marketer planning and running email and SMS marketing strategy.
• Strong skills in segmenting customer lists based on past behavior and engagement.
• Demonstrated experience with reactivation or win-back campaigns.
• Excellent English copywriting skills for email and SMS.
• Experience planning ongoing nurture programs and newsletter content calendars.
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel campaigns, workflows, and funnels.
• Able to clearly explain the reasoning behind strategic recommendations.
• Comfortable analyzing campaign results and using data to guide decisions.
• Conscientious, accurate, and able to manage your own workload.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Segment our database of 4,000+ contacts based on past interaction with the business, such as visit history, recent activity, and leads who never booked.
• Develop reactivation strategies that bring inactive clients and unconverted leads back for appointments.
• Advise the owner on campaign strategy, including messaging, timing, frequency, and sequence.
• Plan and produce regular email and SMS communications that build long-term awareness and keep the practice top of mind.
• Write campaign copy in collaboration with the owner, who provides input and final approval.
• Execute and schedule campaigns in GoHighLevel.
• Recommend and build funnels or landing pages in GoHighLevel where they would improve results.
• Repurpose an existing library of 100+ educational videos into email content.
• Track campaign performance, including opens, replies, and bookings, and refine the strategy based on results.
• Bring fresh ideas to grow bookings through owned channels and reduce reliance on paid ads.
