Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Pursuits + Work Winning team for the Buildings sector. This role focuses on proposal development, qualifications, marketing content, and coordinating with technical leadership and subconsultants to ensure timely and high-quality submissions.

The coordinator will exercise independent judgment with mentorship, handling assigned tasks within broader pursuit efforts, and contribute to marketing program effectiveness across TYLin and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphics, or related field.
• Experience supporting proposals or marketing within the AEC industry preferred.
• Attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Graphic design aptitude to support proposal layouts and infographics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Buildings pursuits by tracking schedules and deliverables.
• Lead or co-lead small proposals under guidance of a specialist.
• Support interview preparation for shortlisted pursuits.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems and sector resources.
• Assist with proposals, qualifications, and client forms.
• Prepare compliance materials and assemble qualification packages.
• Draft and edit proposal sections, resumes, and graphics.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
