Job summary

Solaire Resort is seeking an Officer of Project Management to oversee Marketing Services workflows, manage CMS content, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns. The role interfaces with stakeholders, designers, digital teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or project coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, creative services, digital content management, or project coordination.
• Experience administering Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms.
• Hospitality, integrated resorts, entertainment, retail, or advertising agency experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Marketing Services workflow using Asana.
• Receive, review, and coordinate incoming marketing requests.
• Work with the Marketing Services Manager to prioritize and assign projects based on business needs, team capacity, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
• Identify bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints and escalation issues when necessary.
• Maintain project schedules, dashboards, workload reports, and project tracking systems.
• Coordinate timelines across multiple marketing campaigns and projects.
