Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital creative with senior leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio across websites, social, campaigns, and email.
• Advanced craft in typography, motion, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Experience in hospitality or premium brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the digital creative vision across Solaire’s website, social, email, and in-property touchpoints.
• Art direct and execute high-priority digital creative including motion and animation.
• Oversee brand governance and ensure digital guidelines across channels.
